Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing a sales team
  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan to expand the Company's customer base
  • Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives under his/her charge

 

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years supervisory and sales experience in consumer loan products
  • Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Candidates with good experience but lower qualification will also be considered
  • Self-initiative, with good communication and inter-personal skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Have good knowledge in Microsoft Office Word and Excel
