Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing a sales team
Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan to expand the Company's customer base
Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives under his/her charge

Requirements:

At least 5 years supervisory and sales experience in consumer loan products
Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
Candidates with good experience but lower qualification will also be considered
Self-initiative, with good communication and inter-personal skills
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Have good knowledge in Microsoft Office Word and Excel

Assistant Branch Manager(s) / Senior Customer Service Officer(s)

Responsibilities:

Perform frontline customer service and daily operational duties
Perform cross-selling of consumer loans and other financial products

Requirements:

At least 3 years’ experience in branch operations in banking and finance industry with solid supervisory experience
Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
Candidates with good experience but lower qualification will also be considered
Self-initiative, with good communication and inter-personal skills
Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
Have good knowledge in Microsoft Office Word and Excel

Responsibilities:

Perform general accounting duties including preparation of journal vouchers, payments, daily reconciliation of bank statements, etc.

LCC Intermediate Level in Bookkeeping
Secondary Education

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

Plan and implement promotional/advertising/public relation activities in relation to the Company’s Personal and Mortgage loan business
Promote awareness of the Company via social media and ecommerce platforms
Prepare and brief agencies and other relevant parties on direction, visual and concept of advertisements, events and promotions
Source for souvenir items and other marketing materials
Compile, review and analyze marketing related reports

Requirements:

3 years’ experience in marketing and promotion. Experience in banking and finance industry is preferable but not a must
Secondary Education
Self-initiative, with good communication and inter-personal skills
Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
Have good knowledge in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and graphics-related software
